• Monthly subscription begins 7 days after setup fee payment is confirmed.
• Cancel monthly subscription anytime with 30 days written notice to duval@doubledownai.co.za.
• This quote is valid for 14 days from the issue date above.
• Pricing excludes VAT. VAT invoice will be issued upon payment.
• Refund policy: Setup fees are 100% non-refundable in any situation once paid. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; no partial-month refunds.
